mini blueberry-banana pancakes

This is one of my favorite recipes when it comes to breakfast food, especially because of how simple it is to make. These blueberry-banana pancakes are also made with ingredients that I am 99.9% sure you currently have in your kitchen, which leaves very few reasons not to make them :) All you need is a little time and patience.

blend:

  • 1/3 cup quick oats

  • dash baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

  • roughly 1 serving of protein powder (I used pea protein)

  • cinnamon to taste

in a bowl: mash 1/2 banana

mix together the blended product, 1/3 cup milk of choice, and the mashed banana

drop blueberries into mixture and use a fork to put each coated blueberry onto a greased stove-top pan. cook on one side & flip when ready!

top with strawberries, coconut flakes, or your syrup of choice and enjoy!
