what if I can't make it to all the coaching calls?
No problem! Although I recommend making time in your schedule for our weekly coaching calls, they will all be recorded and uploaded within 24-hours of the session.

what age-group is this program for?
ALL AGES. There is much value that comes from multi-generational relationships (those who do are also proven to live longer, too)! All you need is a desire to improve your health & take the steps necessary to find true healing.

I'm not tech-savvy...will I be able to figure this out?
YES. I use the platform “Notion”, which allows all of the content you need to be in ONE PLACE. Our calls will be done via Zoom, so all you need is a smart-phone or computer with wi-fi and you’re set!

I've struggled with a pretty extreme health-issue for a long time, will this work for me?
This program contains nearly everything I’ve learned throughout healing my own chronic back pain — so although I can’t guarentee you’ll find instant healing, I can promise you’ll learn what you need to, in order to experience significant improvements.

why is this less of an investment than 1:1 coaching?
I am all about making holistic health-care accessible to most. With that being said, I really wanted to make a program that fit that “middle range” investment! The quality is by no means less — just different than anything I’ve offered in the past!

do you offer a payment plan?
YES! If you would like to make this purchase in two separate payments, you have the option to do so during check-out. These payments will be due before week 2 of the program, and at the beginning of the next month.
my story…
In 2019, I learned I had two fractured vertebre and a bulging disc in my lower back that was causing my chronic pain. I was put on prescription pain medications, and received two steroid injections but nothing seemed to make the pain tolerable.
I remember crying myself to sleep because I couldn't get comfortable, and frequently feared surgery and weight gain due to me not finding a way of moving my body that felt good. Not only that, but I always felt bloated, and had frequent abdominal pain.
As I got blood work done and noticed my kidneys were no longer functioning properly due to my medications, I knew it was time to make a significant change in how I nourished, moved, and supported my body while it was in a constant state of inflammation.
I now have very minimal back pain, even though my injuries are still present, have not taken a prescription or over-the-counter pain medication in at least three years, and no longer have any of the bloating or discomfort I previously had.
fast forward 4-years…

what changed?
I identified my the root-cause of my inflammation & identified food intolerances that were causing severe inflammation and focused on consuming anti-inflammatory foods
I found ways outside of the gym to move my body and started doing solely low-impact workouts to decrease my stress & adrenal fatigue
I improved relationships in my own life & found a partner that made me see my worth, and loves, supports, and treats me how I now know I deserve to be treated.
most importantly, I dove deep into the world of holistic health & developed practices that truly CHANGED MY LIFE.
